Stabilization based on epoxy resin which fills all inner holes and caverns.

Burl wood is unique in it's soleness.

These hand-made hybrid knife blanks come fully vacuum stabilized, pressure cast, and then milled to within 1/16" of their listed dimensions. All our blanks have been sanded to 220 and then coated with lacquer on the book-matched face to highlight their unique color and grain.
