The slightly odd shape of the handle really lends to a great carving experience. Once in hand this knife becomes just an extension of your hand. You don’t even think of the handle or hold while you use it because it fits so well! Incredible. 10/10 would recommend for anyone... beginner or professional.

A nice, sturdy handle that fills up the palm. With a blade that cuts though basswood like butter. It seems to hold its edge very well (haven’t tried harder woods yet). I definitely recommend to anyone interested in entering the world of whittling and woodcarving.
